xcams has been around since 2007 and is a good average sexcam website. It is a European site so has hosts that can speak French, Spanish, German, Italian and Dutch. But of course most can speak English as well. There are a lot of webcam clips stored away on xcams. Many of them are free and some you pay 5 credits/min.
A Live Show is also 5cr/min (which is around $1.25/min) and is great value. If a cam model is already in a Live Show and you don't have any credits you can still view them for a few seconds to see what you're missing out on. It costs a lot more to go private (10-30 cr/min) but since the site is so quiet there's little need to go private.
The webcam performers are not the hottest sexiest models you'll see. They often look tired and annoyed all doing long hours with very little traffic. While you can view hosts for free there are very few free at any given time. They often move into a live show at 5cr/min so you may be watching a model then she freezes and you realise you now need to pay to continue.
The design is neat and simple to use. There's a slider to choose your favourite sex cam models age range. You can also find out which models are in free chat with one click. The video quality is generally of a high standard. The webcam hosts images are previews of the current show not glamour shots, which is what I prefer.
xcams is not the busiest site, it's not the best value site, it doesn't have the best looking models. But it does have a good combination of things that make it worth checking out. It's not too crowded like the free tipping sites but it's not so quiet that there's no hosts on there. It's pretty cheap to view hosts and you can usually get some free chat with them first.

Xcams has a great mobile version. It's quick and easy to navigate and you can chat while you watch the webcam sex show. I found on the iPhone it tended to hang a little when using Safari but by using the Docler Browser, a browser that has inline video support, there were no issues with the site.
